After recently introducing its new Inspire 3 drone, DJI has unveiled another flying photography platform—and this one adds some unique versatility. The new Mavic 3 is the first triple-camera consumer drone and a new flagship in the Mavic line. The drone features a main Four Thirds camera (with a 24mm focal length) flanked by a new 1/1.3in mid-telephoto camera (70mm focal length) and an improved 166mm telephoto camera, notes Tech Radar. There's also an omnidirectional obstacle sensing system with APAS 5.0 technology, intelligent flight modes and more, adds Fstoppers.

Getty Images has rejected a $4 billion takeover attempt by the Boston-based venture investment company Trillium Capital, citing issues with the feasibility and transparency of the bid, notes The Art Newspaper. Trillium chief executive Scott Murray recently told Reuters that the bid was “genuine,” but he declined to explain who or what would fund the transaction, citing “deep relationships” within the private equity industry that would help facilitate the deal. Trillium publicly announced a non-binding proposal to acquire Getty Images for $10 a share in cash.
