FILES FOR UPLOAD

Prepare JPG files at minimum 72 dpi, RGB, up to 5MB. Create any unique name for each file using letters and numbers. Do not use special characters or spaces. For series, you can add a number to each file, example: tree1.jpg; tree2.jpg etc. Save files as a jpg. NO PDF, EPS or TIFF files will be accepted.


HOW TO ENTER

• Choose to enter either AP or AI and click the title on the CFE home page.

• Log in as a returning user with your email and password if you entered last year - or sign up and register for a new account.

• The site will guide you through 8 Steps to submit:

1. Register
2. Enter
3. Upload
4. Confirm your file. You can add entries or check out.
5. Advance Discount Book Order
6. Review/Edit. Your can add entries or check out.
7. Checkout
8. Receipt and Confirmation

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

• Your contact information for registration and notification.

• Photographer or Illustrator’s name for each image, series, book or video.

• Title of article, campaign or image

• Brief description of each image, series, book or video.

• Publication title if published.

• Publication or execution date.

• Category, see list and note where subcategory is required.

• Images saved as JPG, minimum 72 dpi, RGB, up to 5MB. Use any unique file name, but DO NOT use special characters or spaces. Note: if selected we will request hi-res files for print reproduction.

• Credit card or check for payment. Payments can instead be made via Paypal to mark@ai-ap.com.

• A payment confirmation will be available after checkout and a receipt will be sent to you by email.

If sending a physical book or printed matter to accompany your online submission, mail to the address below and indclude your name and your Member ID number.

Note to Educators: For additional savings, departments may enter multiple students in one portfolio, if so, use the school or department's name as the Artist First and Last name. Name the files you're uploading with the student's first and last name. Ex.: MarySmith.jpg.
