Legal Brief: Another AG is Suing a Wedding Photographer Over Undelivered Images

The Pennsylvania Attorney General has announced a lawsuit against a wedding photographer for allegedly ripping off customers to the tune of $75,000. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Christina Garcia, who operated as Wandering Stardust Collective and Christina Hernandez Artistry LLC, failed to deliver images to customers and then refused to return deposits. Earlier this year, the North Carolina Attorney General sued Holly Christina Photography for allegedly taking money from hundreds of couples without providing a service, notes PetaPixel.   Read the full Story >>

A new exhibition at  the Auschwitz Research Center on Hate, Extremism and Radicalization (ARCHER) at House 88 in Owicim, Poland, uses restored camera lenses once manufactured by Jewish engineer Lore Sternfeld to reconstruct the inner world of the Holocaust victim who crafted them before Nazi forces murdered her at Auschwitz in 1943. Tech News: Instagram is Testing More Ways to Customize 'Your Algorithm'

Instagram users could soon see more ways to fine-tune their content:  In  a recent post, Instagram head Adam Mosseri showed off new ways that users might access Your Algorithm, a feature that allows them to specify which topics they want to see more of, and less of. “We want to evolve Your Algorithm from a setting to something that feels central to your experience on Instagram,” Mosseri said.
