Britain will ban children under 16 from using a range of social media apps including Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube to protect young people from harmful content and excessive screen time, Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced. Starmer told a news conference that he will fight back if technology companies resist the move, notes NPR. After more than seven decades of covering conflicts around the world, Don McCullin will return to Vietnam and his best-known images for his final book: The acclaimed photographer has decided to revisit the war and his 12-day stint with US marines during the battle of Hue in 1968, one of the bloodiest and most notorious battles of the Tet offensive, notes The Guardian.
