Passings: William Coupon, Renowned Portraitist, Dies at 73

William Coupon, an influential portrait photographer who deployed a painterly style in his oft-stated quest to “photograph everyone in the world” — shooting punk rockers, artists, politicians and Indigenous people, among others — died at his home in Santa Fe, N.M., on May 29. He was 73, notes The New York Times. State of the Art: Viral Dua Lipa Wedding Photos Were AI-Generated

Did Dua Lipa celebrate her marriage to British actor Callum Turner in Sicily by eating spaghetti straight out of a pot? That's what a series of viral images seem to suggest. But, notes Euronews,  the images are not real: They were generated using artificial intelligence and spread rapidly across social media platforms, including X, Instagram, Facebook and Threads.
