Six months since a devastating series of earthquakes hit southern Turkey and northern Syria, The New Humanitarian asked four Syrian photographers living in the northwest — a part of the country hit particularly hard by the disaster, and already in the midst of devastating poverty, mass displacement, and rising hunger — to document life in the months since the quakes, which killed more than 50,000 people and injured more than 100,000 across both countries. Online education platform MasterClass has been accused of using a tracking tool to transmit certain customer information to Meta for the purposes of advertising without users’ consent, notes PetaPixel. The law firm Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, PLLC  is currently gathering MasterClass subscribers together in order to take action against Yanka Industries, the owner of the online education platform.
