Portland, Oregon-based photographer Corey Arnold has made a name for himself as a wildlife photographer whose work explores the relationship between humans and the natural world. Arnold has spent years documenting the world's fisheries, but his latest project, “Cities Gone Wild,” looks at how wild animals adapt and thrive in urban environments. “Arnold's photographs capture the surprising resilience of animals like coyotes, black bears, and raccoons as they navigate the concrete jungle and coexist with humans,” notes Pored Panda.

Photo-sharing app BeReal, Apple's iPhone app of the year for 2022, wants you to know that it's still going strong, notes Engadget: It has reportedly swelled in popularity, with 20 million daily users. BeReal gained attention as an alternative to Instagram by allowing users to post only a single photo a day at a randomized specific time. Now BeReal has announced a new feature called Bonus BeReal, which will enable users to share additional posts per day. The new feature is being tested in the UK.

On September 27, 2007, photojournalist Kenji Nagai was documenting the Saffron Revolution, mass protests led by Buddhist monks in several cities in Myanmar against a military regime that had ruled for 45 years, when he was fatally shot by soldiers who opened fire on demonstrators. (The moment, with Nagai holding his camera up in one hand, was famously captured by a Reuters photographer.) Now, reports the BBC, Nagai’s camera, missing for 16 years, has resurfaced, bringing some closure to his family Bangkok.
