Applications for Women Photograph Grants are being accepted from April 1 through May 15. The $5,000 grants, funded by by Getty Images' Inclusion Grants program, will be awarded with a specific concentration in subject matter or medium—one for a project with a news focus, one for a sports project, one for an arts & entertainment project, and one for a video or multimedia project. Three additional grants, supported by Nikon USA, will be open to work from any genre. Women Photograph has partnered with Leica USA to award a $10,000 grant to a photographer focused on an ongoing documentary project.    Read the full Story >>

Have you seen the photo of Queen Elizabeth II with her head hanging abnormally low as she shakes the hand of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau? It’s been going viral over the past day on platforms like Twitter and Facebook. But it’s completely fake, notes Gizmodo. The 95-year-old Queen really did meet with Trudeau on March 7 at Windsor Castle.
