NFL photographer Kelly Smiley said Wednesday she suffered a fractured spine following her fall from a stage during the Los Angeles Rams’ Super Bowl celebration, notes Fox News. Smiley was seen in a video that went viral across social media falling backward as she was trying to take a photo of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. As Smiley fell, Stafford walked away from the commotion. His wife, Kelly Stafford, came over to check on Smiley, however. Read the full Story >>

Speaking of Elinor Carcucci: The New Yorker recently looked into the effect of the covid-19 pandemic on teens in New York with a portfolio of images by the photographer. “If you are seventeen years old, roughly a third of your adolescence and almost all of your high-school career have been lived under the shadow of covid-19,” notes the magazine, underscoring the burden that the pandemic has been for young people.
