Where the ideas flow. The cover is a typographic exercise with the word “yorokobu”. Yorokobu is an Spanish cultural and lifestyle magazine. It's a publication to be inspired and to let the imagination run free. The illustration recreates an impossible architecture where the intuition and the illusion have more power than the reason. It’s a suggestive space in which you have to look to see, in which you have to think to understand.
While their parents are sleeping in, a young bookworm sneaks out of bed with one goal in mind: to spend the day reading. Each story is a journey, a world of wonders, a possibility. "Ratón de Biblioteca" is an illustrated love letter to books, a celebration of reading in a child's imagination.

My travels to see my family in Nicaragua allow me to experience the best of every day culture in working Nicaragua. This drawing is from the fishing village La Boquita in Casares, Nicaragua.
Loving. The text inspired all kinds of tangible sensations and was an opportunity to explore what textures and which gestures felt the most fitting to describe the feelings. the wonderful yet almost suffocating sensation of wanting to be fused together, a fire behaving almost like a liquid.
