Tech News: Ulanzi Unveils 'One-Click to Vlog' VlogPod TT38 Tripod

Camera accessory brand Ulanzi has announced the VlogPod TT38, a new tripod with “one-click to vlog” functionality that, notes PetaPixel, is the perfect companion for the modern content creator. The VlogPod TT38 weighs just 13.9 ounces and measures 9.9×2.2×4.25 inches when folded, but despite its small size, it can still support gear weighing up to 3kg/6.6lbs. Those are some of the photographers whose work are included in the exhibition “Her: The Great Women Photographers” at L.A.’s Peter Fetterman Gallery through Nov. 23. Legal Brief: Photographer Receives $100K Settlement After Being Tackled by Des Moines Police During 2020 Protest

The city of Des Moines. Iowa,  has agreed to pay a freelance journalist $100,000 to settle a lawsuit he filed against the city and a police officer claiming excessive force and illegal seizure when officers tackled and arrested him while he was covering a demonstration protesting the George Floyd murder in 2020. The photojournalist, Mark "Ted" Nieters, said he was far from the protest crowd when he was arrested, notes Courthouse News Service.
