A former photographer for the British royal family is suing a Tennessee men’s clothing store for allegedly using his copyrighted image of Princess Diana its online advertising. The clothier, Bruce Baird & Co. Inc. allegedly used the 1985 photograph on its website without permission, photographer Glenn Harvey said last week in his complaint in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Harvey, a photographer for the British royal family from 1985 to 1997, registered the image in 2019, according to the complaint. See also: DIY Photography.   Read the full Story >>

Francoise Bornet, the young lover immortalized in French photographer Robert Doisneau's iconic 1950 image "The Kiss by the Hotel de Ville" has died at age 93.
