Tech News: Panasonic's 100mm f/2.8 is the World's Smallest Full-Frame Macro Lens

Panasonic’s newly announced Lumix S 100mm f/2.8 Macro is the world’s smallest and lightest full-frame macro lens with a focal length greater than 90mm, notes PetaPixel. The 1:1 macro lens has the same chassis as Panasonic’s five f/1.8 L-Mount prime lenses, which the company says ensures efficient workflows for users with gimbals and cinema rigs. Users can easily swap between the 18mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm f/1.8 primes and the new 100mm macro lens. Tech News: Nikon Is Building an Additional 'Digital Watermark" System

Nikon will work alongside Agence France-Presse to implement a new “digital watermark” function into the Z-system mirrorless cameras, notes DIY Photography. The new system will work as an extra layer of protection for C2PA, the digital signature system developed by the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI). It is not meant to replace C2PA.
