A former Michigan gallery owner faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to wire fraud, reports The Detroit News. Wendy Halsted Beard, who owned the Wendy Halsted Gallery in Birmingham, was accused of swindling a $1.6 million collection of more than 100 rare fine-art prints — including black-and-white Ansel Adams photographs — from clients. “This defendant swindled numerous families out of valuable artwork and lied to them repeatedly in order to keep her fraud scheme afloat," U.S. Attorney Dawn Ison said in a statement. The New York Times reported on the fraud in February.

Taylor Swift's "Eras" tour is so massively popular it's boosting the entire U.S. economy. Her popularity is also affecting the camera market: In 2018, Fujifilm teamed with Swift to launch a customized special edition of the Fujifilm Instax SQ6 square-format instant camera. The camera, notes Digital Camera World, was designed by the pop sensation herself, with a gold-colored newspaper pattern on a black base and a reproduction of Swift's autograph on the back. It originally sold for $180, but now it is going for ten times that amount on eBay, with people willing to pay US$1,800 for a mint version.

French photographer Thierry Le Goues defined the ’90s, “leaving in his wake a trail of languorous images — of fashion, flesh, and fantasy,” notes i-D. “I was in the right place at the right time,” says LeGouès of the era of supermodel glamour. That era is hot again, and Le Gouès is back with a new book, appropriately titled 90’s (powerHouse). “In many ways,” adds i-D, “90’s is like a full circle moment along the never-ending spiral curls of life, returning us to scenes of youth."
