If you’re a fan of retro-design modern tech, you may be interested in Hebolite, a new LED lighting brand with “a very old-school Hollywood vibe,” notes DIY Photography. The initial range is built around three different models: the Mini, the Avant and the Pro, each with different power outputs and capabilities. However, one thing they all have in common is wireless remote control. Along with Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, Imogen Cunningham and Dorothea Lange, Ruth Bernhard (1905–2006) was an icon of the West Coast School of photography. She drew inspiration from everyday objects but is best known for her photographs of female nudes. “Men photograph a female nude as if she belonged to them. Social News: Twitter Will Show Verified Accounts Only On Its 'For You' Page

Twitter users will need a “verified account” to get recommended on the platform’s For You page starting on April 15th, according to a tweet from CEO Elon Musk. “Given that Twitter has promised to start dismantling the 'legacy' verified system at the beginning of April, that appears to mean that you’ll have to be a company, government entity, or Twitter Blue subscriber if you want to pop into the feeds of people who don’t follow you,” notes The Verge. Musk describes the move as "the only realistic way to address advanced AI bot swarms taking over.” The upcoming removal of legacy checkmarks and its impact is yet to be seen, but has the potential to upend credibility and exacerbate misinformation, adds Mashable.   Read the full Story >>
