Passings: Lourdes Grobet, Photographer of Mexican Wrestlers, Dies at 81

Lourdes Grobet, who portrayed the intimacy of the men and women of Mexican wrestling, died on July 15, reports Hot Movies News. She was 81. Grobet, adds Slam Wrestling, was “perhaps the greatest lucha libre photographer” of all time. “While shooting the matches is one thing, her camera was able to catch the lucha stars away from the ring, maybe in their kitchen, or with their kids, all while wearing their colorful masks. In his series “The White Angels of Camargue,” photographer Albert Dros captures the majestic beauty of Camarque horses, a breed indigenous to the Camarque region of southern France. Considered one of the oldest breeds in the world, today the horses are semi-feral and living in the area’s marsh. Legal Brief: LA Laker Kendrick Nunn Sued For Copyright Infringement

Los Angeles Lakers player Kendrick Nunn has been sued for copyright infringement by courtside photographer Steven Mitchell over a photo Mitchell took when Nunn was playing for the Miami Heat in 2019. Mitchell licensed his sports photographs primarily through Imagn Content Services, a division of the USA Today Media Network. The photographer alleges that Nunn obtained the photo and posted it on Facebook and Instagram without his permission.
