DJI has announced the Mini 3 Pro, the company’s next sub-250-gram drone, which brings an updated design, an improved camera and more, notes DP Review. The Mini 3 Pro brings an entirely new 48MP 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor (2.4μm pixels) with dual native ISO. In front of the sensor is a 24mm full-frame equivalent F1.7 lens, meaning both the sensor and aperture are larger than that found in its predecessor, the Mini 2. It shoots 4K/60 video and 48MP stills, has obstacle-avoidance sensors, and features a tweaked gimbal allowing the camera module to rotate 90 degrees. Read the full Story >>

A bride recently got an eye-opening surprise when she reviewed her wedding photos and noticed that something was off — fake “crazy eyes” had been poorly Photoshopped onto attendees who had blinked. Photoshopping fake eyes onto pictures of blinking subjects without permission is a no-no in wedding photography. Doing the job extremely poorly is an even greater transgression. Of the hundreds of galleries in London, none has been given over exclusively to the growing and vibrant market for African photography—until now, notes The Guardian. Imme Dattenberg-Doyle, 27, a graduate of the Royal College of Art in London, and Sofia Carreira-Wham, 28, a museums and heritage scholar, have opened Doyle Wham as a new permanent gallery in a converted warehouse in London’s Shoreditch district. “It sounds niche, but, for us, it wasn’t really like that,” says Carreira-Wham.
