Photographer Jingna Zhang, known to many as zemotion, has announced she has quit fashion and calls out a specific instance of racism she faced when working with a western magazine, notes PetaPixel. Zhang, who has over 100,000 Instagram followers, was born in Beijing; she was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2018 and her work has been seen in magazines including Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue. The incident she mentioned occurred at a portfolio review at a magazine. “At least I no longer wondered what decision makers at the highest levels truly thought,” she wrote. Books: Miami As Borderlands

Photographer Rose Marie Cromwell’s work explores globalization in the New World. Her new book, “A More Fluid Atmosphere,” was shot in Miami, where she moved five years ago, after spending much of the previous 15 years living in Latin America. Miami is not situated along a geographical border between two countries, but Cromwell came to see it as a borderland nonetheless. “So many cultures can translate here and coexist. Tech News: Canon Warns EOS R3 Orders Could Take More Than Six Months to Fulfill

All camera manufacturers are struggling to produce enough supply to meet demand, and Canon is no exception. The company has published an apology stating that it could take more than six months before it is able to deliver new EOS R3 orders, notes PetaPixel. It’s not just the R3 that has been affected: Canon also says orders for the RF 14-35mm f/4 L IS USM are going to be delayed. “The products are scheduled to be shipped one by one, but it is expected that it will take a lot of time for the new camera body EOS R3 and RF lens RF14-35mm F4 L IS USM,” the company stated.   Read the full Story >>
