Museum of the Moving Image and Rooftop Films presents Outdoor Cinema, at sunset: Certified Copy 2010, 106 mins. Directed by Abbas Kiarostami. In this playful and provocative romantic drama from the legendary Abbas Kiarostami - his first film made outside of Iran - Juliet Binoche plays a gallery owner living in a Tuscan village. Her encounter with a British author over the course of a day takes increasingly perplexing turns, as Kiarostami slyly plays with the rules of narrative. Socrates Sculpture Park, 32-01 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, NY. Pre-film performance begins at 7 pm. Free. Cash café: JJ’s Asian Fusion.
