BookSightings Around Town
We're starting November a couple of days early so you won't miss a couple of notable book events. The real November launches with the 10th annual Editions/Artists' Book Fair. Held this year at The Tunnel, the legendary Chelsea hotspot of the 1990s, the fair showcases the latest trends in artists books and printmaking. Art on Paper magazine is sponsoring ad hoc chats with artists, master printers, collectors, and curators during the fair, which runs from November 2 - 4. The month concludes with an exhibition of books created by students from the School of Visual Arts Illustration as Visual Essay program. Events are free and open to the public unless noted; please check links for details.
