The New School presents Design/History/Revolutionan interdisciplinary conference exploring how design has shaped cultural, political, and scientific upheaval. The conference will feature an international cohort of scholars of design, history, politics, and art. THIS JUST IN: Deadline extended for Nick Wapplington Workshop in Jerusalem. 
The deadline for a unique student workshop in Jersusalem with photographer Nick Waplington has been extended through April 30. The two-week workshop (July 1 through July 14) will "explore the complexity of identity and history in a part of the world that is a flashpoint for religious, political, and cultural issues." The workshop is open to students with at least two years of photographic education. Applicants will be judged on the strength of their portfolios. Information.
