One of the benefits of entering AI-A.COM’s annual competitions is becoming a subscriber to DART: Design Arts Daily. Here you will find breaking news about art/artist events on the weekly DART Board, and illuminating book and exhibition reviews; artist interviews; and the popular annual Indie Bookstore rundown. So today's post is a PSA.

Here’s what to do:

• If you are not already a subscriber, subscribe here

• Send an email a week prior to your event, not later than the Monday prior, to dart@ai-ap.com; if you have a book coming out, please send info a month prior to drop date

• Subject line must include date of event, title of event, location of event. Example:

   Re: March 15, exhibition opening: Title, Artist, Location

• If you need to send a corrected email, include ALL info, links, attachments.

What to include:
• Press release /project description: text document that can be copied and pasted, NOT a PDF or link
• 3-4 images for consideration. [horizontal images are presented full page width, square images are presented as insets]; files not larger than 1 MB please 
• Links to venue website or Instagram/Facebook page
• Links for your website/IG
• Capsule bio
