This is a fully vaxxed and masked affair. 
In order to responsibly open our doors and keep everyone safe the following COVID mitigation rules, protocols and waiver will be in place for all guests and staff while inside the event and all work areas:

• Pre-registration required to attend

• Temperature check at the door

• Proof of full vaccination. No exceptions. Gov't issued app or CDC card accepted

• A mask covering nose and mouth worn at all times, except while eating and drinking

• We highly recommend getting a COVID test within 72 hours of the event, but proof of a negative result will not be required to enter

• Prior to attending, you have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine

• If you have a fever or any cold or flu-like symptoms we ask that you stay home

In this our 27th year of hosting the book launch event (!!) we’re very excited to once again bring the creative communities together to celebrate the year’s winning photographers, illustrators, art directors, designers, curators and editors.
