Adagio. Laerte (1951) is an outstanding Brazilian cartoonist, comic strip artist and screenwriter. Born as a male, she came out in 2009, first as a crossdresser and later as a transgender woman. Adágio shows the power of commitment fixed in the ritualistic of these images.
