Nature Watch: You No Longer Need Reservations for These US National Parks

Over the past several years, some of the busiest National Parks in the United States have moved to a reservation system to help handle the crowds. Now, notes Men’s Journal,  the National Park Service has announced it will be moving away from this system for several of the busiest national parks across the country. Under the new plan, Arches, Glacier, and Yosemite National Parks will not require broad timed-entry reservations next summer. Exhibitions: Roe Ethridge, Rude in a Good Way

Photographer Roe Ethridge works between commercial and art spheres, flitting from the branded to the anonymous, notes Dazed. His exhibition “Roe Ethridge: Rude in a Good Way,” on view at Gagosian Athens through March 7, “represents a confluence of fashion shoots, portraits, still-life arrangements, and interior scenes,” explains the gallery. “A lot of people are asking, ‘What is rude, what is  polite? Social media feeds are flooded with fake photos and video, and journalism site Poynter offers several tips for figuring out what’s real and what’s not. Tip 1: Check the source, and use a search engine to check if anyone is reporting the same story or has written a fact-check debunking it.
