President Donald Trump has suggested he would consider extending the ban on TikTok for a second time if a deal isn’t reached by April 5, notes PetaPixel. “If I needed an extension, I’d probably get it extended,” Trump told reporters recently. “We have a lot of interest in TikTok. And China is going to play a role, so hopefully, China will approve of the deal.” However, Axios reports that there still haven’t been negotiations between TikTok's Chinese owner and prospective buyers. Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian joined a bid to buy TikTok, and Microsoft has reportedly been in talks to buy the app, according to Trump.

Recently, Analog Forever magazine asked Jeon to spotlight 20 women in analog photography. They include Robin Assner-Alvey, who prints her images onto transfer film and then uses sanitizer to transfer the emulsion to papers such as Fabriano or Artistico.

The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California, has acquired the archives of Italian-born photographer Gusmano Cesaretti, who has documented the communities and built environment of Los Angeles for nearly six decades. The acquisition comprises roughly 238 boxes of photographs, negatives, and ephemera, notes Hyperallergic. Casaretti’s archives join the Huntington Library’s collection of 800,000 photographs, ranging from Carleton Watkins’s Western landscapes to more recent work.
