As its name suggests, The Public Domain Review spotlights works about art history, literature and ideas that have fallen into the public domain. Now, notes My Modern Met, the journal has launched an online archive bringing together more than 10,000 historical images currently in the public domain and free to browse and use. The database can be searched by categories such as century, artist, style, and theme, including “Animals & Beasts,” “Humor & Satire,” and “Science & Medicine,” and sorted in various ways.

OnePlus has officially unveiled its flagship OnePlus 13 smartphone, as well as the OnePlus 13R, a budget-friendly alternative, and both models, co-developed with Hasselblad, emphasize photography, notes PetaPixel. The Verge calls the OnePlus 13 a “stunner”: It boasts a 6.82-inch 120Hz display and runs on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite, promising speed, while the triple-array camera — which consists of a 50-megapixel main shooter, an ultrawide, and a telephoto — is also on par with the best. It also comes with a free storage upgrade and a smartwatch, adds TV.

Manoocher Deghati is an award-winning photojournalist who has been photographing conflicts, social issues, everyday events and human stories around the globe. Exiled from Iran in 1985, he worked for a number of agencies, served as the director of photography for the Associated Press in the Middle East and shot for dozens of publications. In 2002 he founded the AINA Photojournalism Institute, in Kabul, Afghanistan, to train photojournalists. The new FotoEvidence book Eyewitness is a retrospective of his work, presented as a novel.
