After World War I, a striking visual language came to prominence in photography, characterized by the use of bold geometry and abstract forms. Agenda: A Live Projections Event with Howard Schatz, May 14

Join acclaimed photographer Howard Schatz at a live Projections event on May 14 in New York City. Schatz began his professional life in medicine—he was a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California, San Francisco and a retina specialist—before taking up photography. He became widely known for his images of models and dancers underwater and has gone on to photograph athletes and other subjects.
