Tech News: This CoscoCap Has a Slot for an Air Tag

Even when taking sensible precautions, you can still lose your gear. Kuvrd’s new CosmoCap is meant to make recovering gear easier. The camera cap has a hidden slot ino which you can place an Apple AirTag or other tracking device. The CosmoCap is available in Sony E + Cine PL and Canon EF/RF + Cine PL variants. The cap has a diamond-knurled grippy surface and is made using industrial-grade materials. Legal Brief: SCOTUS Leans Toward Web Designer Over Refusal to Work on Same-Sex Weddings

Conservative Supreme Court justices this week appeared sympathetic toward an evangelical Christian web designer’s bid to avoid working on same-sex weddings as they weighed the latest clash between religious conservatives and LGBTQ rights, notes NBC News. Lorie Smith is seeking an exemption from a state law that outlaws discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in public accommodations. If the court rules in favor of Smith, certain business owners would effectively have an exemption from elements of laws in 29 states that protect LGBTQ rights in public accommodations in some form, adds NBC.   Read the full Story >>
