Recently he shared his top five pieces of crowd funding advice on filmmaker Jon Reiss’s interesting website: 5. Know Your Audience. 4. Tell Me Who Is Involved. 3. Be Realistic. 2. Be Honest. 1. Remember, It’s About More Than Money: “Backers are early adopters, and they are more likely than anyone else to champion your project and shout it from the rooftops,” he writes.
