On Location: Hockey Photos Shot Inside a Glacier

Is there a better place to photograph people playing hockey than an ice cave in Canada’s Banff National Park during the depths of winter? A new video from YouTuber Ryan Richardson documents a shoot with photographer Paul Zizka, a landscape and adventure photographer living in the Canadian Rockies. Was it a tough shoot? Just getting to the cave required a six-mile hike in 60 MPH headwinds, notes Fstoppers. Zizka even figured out a way to create a smooth ice surface without a Zamboni. (A wet towel did the job.)
