Photojournalists work on the front lines of any unfolding story, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, the front lines are on lockdown, notes Wired, which looks at how photographers are covering the current crisis around the world, from China (Getty Images photographer Kevin Frayer) and Italy (Reuters photographer Yara Nardi) to Seattle (Reuters photographer David Ryder). “There are ethical limits to what I can photograph,” Ryder says, adding, “sticking with the work gives me purpose.”
