As a way of representing architecture, photography has certain undisputed qualities — but like any other form of representation photography it is not infallible when it comes to documenting architecture, notes Arch Daily, which talks with five architectural photographers about the medium’s virtues and limits. “[W]e should not forget that photography is just a type of media, so it could never replace the experience of visiting a building,” says New York- and Madrid-based photographer Montse Zamorano.
