By David Schonauer   Friday November 10, 2017

Between 2004 and 2010, Parr and his wife holidayed in Shetland, Barra, Lewis, Islay, and the Orkney islands, where the Magnum photographer became fascinated by the iconic red postboxes. The result is the new book Remote Scottish Postboxes, a study of severely beautiful landscapes into which the comforting red boxes incongruously appear.
