Screening Room: A Spooky Short Film Starring a Polaroid Camera

Speaking of old-fashioned analog fun: Watching Polaroid instant film slowly reveal its image is a bit like watching magic happen, but in the short film Polaroid, from L.A.-based filmmaker Joey Greene, it’s a kind of black magic. The plot: Hipsterish young man unpacks a box full of vinyl albums, finds an old Polaroid OneStep camera, and snaps a photo of his empty apartment. But something unexpected develops. The film was shot with a RED Scarlet W camera.
