Radioactive Tokyo
"Radioactive Tokyo". A pattern design in which I took back the idea of the Fukushima problem, where the natural disaster triggers a much greater problem. I came up with the absurd idea of a totally flooded Tokyo city, took by giant Koi fish (replacing the traditional Japanese godzila myth, the terrible irradiated monster who destroys everything). The revenge of nature. But in this case a somewhat cynical revenge: in Japan these domesticated fish are the symbol of luck and an icon of the East. But they are also genetic mutation and human caprice. Unfortunately the subject comes back to the surface and perhaps not once but many times. It is repeated indefinitely, as in a pattern.
