Pig Rack, My photographs of human settlement are saturated with thoughts on identity, death, faith and community. This photograph is from a photography workshop I took with Mary Ellen Mark in Oaxaca, Mexico. I spent the night in a slaughterhouse to photograph the processing of pigs and cows.
