Nazareno, Pasión de Iztapalapa, 171 years ago in the town of Iztapalapa, Mexico started a yearly representation, performed by the locals, of the Passion of Christ. It is traditional the participation of hundreds of "Nazarenes" who carry, in a sign of penance, a heavy wooden cross to the hill where the crucifixion is reenacted.
