At The Douglas in Los Angeles, the patio TV was shut off during the seventh inning of Game 7 as LAPD declared an unlawful assembly. Filmmaker Zach Wechter climbed onto a chair with a fully charged iPad, holding it aloft through extra innings as the Dodgers won. The legend of “Laptop Guy” was born.
