My tenth journey to Africa took me across ten countries: São Tomé, Gabon, Angola, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, and Malawi. I encountered landscapes of staggering beauty and the enduring warmth of the African spirit—rooted in community and resilience. Rising above corruption and neglect, it defies systems that stifle growth and silence possibility. This series, created over several weeks on the road, captures a glimpse of the spirit that makes Africa so profoundly alive.
