Beefsteak is an annual event hosted by Chef Neal Fraser of Redbird & Vibiana in DTLA. When guests arrive they are given an apron. The meal is served communal style, without cutlery, plates or napkin and they feast on 600+ lbs of beef tenderlion, salmon and many side dishes.
