2024 Republican National Convention, Milwaukee, WI. The balloon drops at almost every RNC and DNC for 40 years have been the work of Treb Heining. He led a crew of balloon professionals and volunteers as they inflated and tied approximately 100,000 balloons to be lifted to the ceiling and dropped on the final night of the 2024 RNC. July 2024.
