Trembling Earth. November 2024. This project aims to raise awareness for Georgia’s Okefenokee Swamp and its need for further protection from the extractive mining industry. I inject fantastical visual elements into my documentary images, using in-camera techniques, to portray the metaphysical significance of the refuge.
