Joseph RodrÃguez photographed elderly people living out their twilight years behind bars. From 1993 to 2013, the number of people 55 or older in US state prisons rose by 400 percent. The ACLU estimates that by 2030, they will make up a third of the prison population. These photos tell their stories.
