Holi Hai celebration in Portland
People packed an open area outside of Opaline in Northwest Portland Sunday, March 27, 2022, to celebrate Holi Hai, a Hindu festival that celebrates the arrival of spring. Participants, saturated from head-to-toe with bright powdered colors, danced, drank and laughed throughout the evening.
