Devine Carter and Cornelius Jenkins. RV Living on the Road to Housing. October 2022. Devine Carter and Cornelius Jenkins have lived in a camper after becoming homeless over 2 years ago. In Feb, 2021 fires broke out in Denver’s homeless camps and RV's. Local news derided the vehicles as a nuisance. I saw the RV’s as the only shelter for a desperate population and sought to tell that visual story.
