Chef Annie Der of Kansas City, Kansas was celebrating her 75th birthday the same week that her restaurant Tao Tao was celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I was sent to document Chef Annie as her restaurant was planning a surprise party to commemorate the two big milestones.
