"Constructed Reality," 2021
"Constructed Reality," 2021 is a composite image focused on the constructed realities we, as individuals/people, build based on determinate expressions, embodied perceptions, and or, identifying attributes. This image is a combination of separate portrait works that were created in 2011 and 2017 in pursuit of developing, further, current work titled—Embodied Perceptions; a work that incorporates; a solarizing quality; to emphasize the internalization from which these expressions and perceptions can reside. Embodied Perceptions is scheduled to be featured at Kaleid Gallery, San Jose, CA in August 2022.
