Izium, Ukraine. Where They Wait for Me. February 2021. A decade-long meditation on memory, family, and my ancestral home in Izium in eastern Ukraine. Images in this project now serve as a historical record of peaceful life stolen by a senseless and cruel war. Much of the town has been destroyed, while my loved ones have become refugees.
