Maisha & Victor. September 2021. This lakeside in Brooklyn is in the heart of one of the most frenetic cities in the world, which is why I’m drawn to photographing people here. I can catch them in a state of pause and share a moment on their own terms. These are photos of a city finding the space to collect its breath. This is an ongoing project.
